Ron Ben Israel Cakes
My education and hands-on experience at Ron Ben Israel Cakes were transformative, equipping me with invaluable skills in mastering the art of cake design. From the delicate intricacies of crafting gum paste flowers – including rose buds, lisianthus buds, hydrangeas, sweet peas, various berries, ranunculus buds, and more – to the meticulous process of stacking cakes with absolute precision, every detail has been carefully honed.
During my internship, I learned not just the techniques of creating exquisite edible art but also the importance of packaging cakes with the utmost care. Ensuring a quality product and prioritizing customer satisfaction became second nature, embodying the core values instilled by the esteemed Ron Ben Israel team.

First Place in New Mexico Grown Pecans Innovation Dish
Just the start of something new. In this challenge, the goal was to utilize New Mexico Grown Pecans and invent a dish that shows many ways one may use the pecans. My dish consisted of; A honey wheat tuile, Maple Pecan Ice cream, Bourbon caramelized banana, Pecan Chantilly, Orange- Cranberry compote, and Candied pecan. Judges were so impressed with the dish that they believe it put Häagen-Dazs to shame, and boy do I love Häagen-Dazs.

In her early years she discovered she had a passion for baking and creating wonderful designs from her baked goods, Tkaiya's passion stems from all the Bakers, chefs, and entrepreneurs in her family. Here at Tks Kake Kingdom, we bake, design, and deliver to our customers custom confectionary masterpieces and treats. The goal is to satisfy all of our customers by meeting their wants and needs to celebrate whatever the occasion may be.
